Frequently asked questions

Find clear answers regarding dispatch timelines, postage fees, return conditions, and refunds for your LEVINEW activewear orders.

What delivery speeds do you offer and how long do they take?

We offer standard delivery within the UK. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, and estimated delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated clearly at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally or only within the UK?

LEVINEW currently delivers exclusively within the UK. We are dedicated to providing a dependable service locally, though international shipping options may be introduced in the future.

How can I track my activewear order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, completely free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear.

How do I start a return and who pays for postage?

To arrange a return, please contact LEVINEW before posting your item back, and our team will guide you through the process. Customers cover the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly advise using a tracked delivery service.

When and how will my refund be processed?

Once your returned activewear has been safely received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be issued promptly to your original payment method in compliance with UK consumer law.
